Visual Library

Our Visual Library brings together an extensive collection of images and videos featuring Tasmania's landscapes, tourism products and experiences. The library is a go-to resource for media and industry, offering professional visual content that supports the promotion of Tasmania as a travel destination.

Images are available free of charge, covering a broad range of Tasmanian scenes and tourism experiences. Whether you need imagery to support a campaign, enrich a website or bring a pitch to life, the Visual Library is a practical resource you can draw on at no cost.

To get started, you'll need to register for access and provide details of your intended use related to Tasmanian destination marketing. Once approved you can browse the collection and order imagery/video for use in marketing Tasmania as a travel destination.

Please note all user registrations and orders are subject to review and may take up to one business day to process.

Planning to film in Tasmania? Review permits, drone requirements and safety guidelines before your shoot.

If you have high quality images of your tourism business that are colour, 1MB plus and watermark/branding free and you're willing to share them, we'd love to hear from you. 

Content production register

Professional photographers, videographers, social media content creators and content/copywriters are encouraged to submit applications to join our register. You can apply for multiple categories, indicated by ticking the relevant box on the application form.

Applications are always open and are assessed on a quarterly basis by an internal panel.
