Tourism Tasmania values the privacy of individual's personal information. This Privacy Statement is made in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act 2004 (PIPA), which governs how Tourism Tasmania collects, uses discloses, and manages personal information. Where it is lawful and practicable, you may interact with Tourism Tasmania without identifying yourself. For example, by browsing our websites without submitting any personal information. However, some functions (such as subscribing to newsletters, entering competitions, or submitting enquiries) require you to identify yourself. Where this is the case, we will make this clear at the point of collection.
