Corporate Plan 2026–2029

Tourism Tasmania has released its Corporate Plan for 2026–2029 setting out the roadmap to 2030, with a focus on driving demand, enabling industry and championing our island’s visitor economy.

Three key pillars sit at the heart of this Corporate Plan:

Pillar 1
Drive Demand by evolving the Come Down For Air and Off Season campaigns across domestic and international markets, with growing attention to how travellers use AI tools to plan trips. 

Pillar 2
Enable Industry by supporting our operators through research, trade and partnership activity, and building industry capability to keep pace with AI and technology change. 

Pillar 3
Champion Visitor Economy by leading the T21 partnership and the 2030 Visitor Economy Strategy, growing affordable air and sea access, and working with our industry partners.
