Tourism Tasmania wins Travel Marketing Team of the Year, Mumbrella Travel Marketing Awards, Sydney

We are excited to share that Tourism Tasmania won Travel Marketing Team of the Year at the prestigious Mumbrella Travel Marketing Awards in Sydney last night. 

To be recognised by the judging panel as a leader in destination marketing is a huge honour. With our research showing that Tasmania’s brand awareness is trending second only to Queensland, it is an exciting time for the tourism industry right now. 

This award and the nominations are the direct result of the massive collaborative effort of our team working closely with our partners and Tasmania’s tourism industry that supports and contributes to our work.

Tourism Tasmania received five nominations across four categories at this year's awards, including:

  • Ad Campaign of the Year: The Off Season ‘Become a Winter Person’
  • Best Use of Native or Content Marketing: TasmanAi
  • Best Use of Native or Content Marketing: The Off Season partnership with Broadsheet Media
  • Best Brand Partnership: Adventure.com x Tourism Tasmania x Jeep Australia
  • Travel Marketing Team of the Year
