Bicheno just topped the ‘100 Best Aussie Towns’ list

You'd be forgiven for thinking that's the French Riviera on the front cover of this month's Australian Traveller. It's actually Le Gulch wine bar in Bicheno, Tasmania, a town that just topped the magazine's '100 Best Aussie Towns' list. 

From maritime whiskies, local beers, wines and freshly caught seafood to morning ocean swims, Bicheno is the kind of place that earns recognition simply by being itself. 

Ten Tasmanian towns made the list in total. Congratulations to Bicheno, St Helens, Stanley, Richmond, Launceston, New Norfolk, Bridport, Evandale, Strahan and Sheffield.
