Wine & Waste with Tasting Trail

Tasting Trail is hosting Wine and Waste, an afternoon for producers and agritourism businesses to connect, pick up the new Tasting Trail maps and hear a practical panel discussion on waste management. The panel features Dulverton Waste Management and Lauren Cameron, Carbon and Sustainability Advisor at the Tourism Industry Council Tasmania.

The session covers some of the biggest waste challenges facing tourism, hospitality and agritourism businesses, what can and can't be recovered, and simple changes that could help reduce waste and save money. Producers are welcome to bring samples to share on the day.

The event takes place on Tuesday 8 September from 4pm to 6pm at Eastford Creek in Sassafras, with light platters and wine provided. Find out more and register on the Tasting Trail events page.
