Mark manages Tourism Tasmania’s business activities including better business and corporate affairs functions. This includes industry policy and planning functions, corporate media and industry stakeholder programs, organisational people and culture initiatives, and leading governance initiatives. Major activities include the provision of business and corporate services, providing tourism representation on appropriate state and national forums, facilitating tourism industry and government collaboration in Tasmania, and managing Tourism Tasmania’s industry communications and media liaison. Mark’s team is also responsible for ensuring Tourism Tasmania meets its corporate, statutory and legislative obligations, and for providing high level policy advice and executive services to the CEO, board of directors and Minister for Tourism.
