Anna Pollock is a strategist, futurist and change agent who has consulted to the international tourism industry for over 30 years. Anna has earned a reputation as a highly informative, inspirational speaker who thinks differently and encourages her audiences to do the same.
Anna’s passion and mission is helping tourism destinations understand and cope with the many and varied change forces transforming economy and society. Two areas of focus include information technologies on destination marketing and the impact of climate change on tourism sustainability.
Anna was recently in Tasmania and conducted a public a seminar on E-Marketing and a workshop on Climate Change. She is a recipient of the Tourism Visionary Award from British Columbia’s tourism sector in recognition of her pioneering work in a number of sectors including adventure travel, spa and wellness tourism, education, development and industry organization.
