Support for a Cradle Coast RTO to be established within the auspices of the Cradle Coast Authority

The Cradle Coast Authority, in partnership with Tourism Tasmania, has completed a series of presentations to industry on the State of the Region Report and the Regional Tourism Organisation Discussion Paper. The presentations were attended by over 100 people, representing the region’s tourism industry, local government and other stakeholder groups, and confirmed strong support for a Cradle Coast Regional Tourism Organisation to be established within the auspices of the Cradle Coast Authority.

Invitations have been extended for interested individuals to establish a small working group in conjunction with the Cradle Coast Authority to finalise a process for establishing the Regional Tourism Organisation and its Board/Advisory Committee. The makeup of the working group is currently been finalised.
