

The Tourism Tasmania Strategic Plan 2010-2013 sets our course for the next three years. It consolidates the achievements and progress of the past as well as shifts to a business model that aims to enable the broader tourism industry in Tasmania.
Tourism Tasmania will move from an organisation that primarily focused on destination marketing to an organisation that actively participates in destination management and considers both supply and demand issues holistically.
The Strategic Plan also contains a Plan of Action that outlines the activities Tourism Tasmania will undertake over the next three years.
Tourism Tasmania is confident this new Strategic Plan and Plan of Action will contribute to building a strong, resilient tourism industry for Tasmania, and indirectly benefit the wider Tasmanian community.
