Partnership
and Events Marketing
The Partnership and Events Marketing unit provides specialist
consultative advice on new partnership and event
opportunities.
In particular, it develops relationships with airlines,
accommodation groups and other Divisions of the
Department of Tourism that help deliver the infrastructure needed
to support tourism, and develops events that build reasons for
travel to, and around Tasmania.
Their focus is on partnerships with organisations
and events with objectives and brand values that
align with Tasmania's and the unit works to increase
the return from Tasmania's signature events including
AFL Matches, Targa Tasmania, V8 Supercars and
Festival of Voices.
