The latest figures from the Tasmanian Visitor Survey (TVS) were released today.

The figures report a 2% increase in total visitors on scheduled air and sea services compared to the previous year.

In the 12 months to March 2010, a total of 912 600 visited the state. Importantly, the TVS figures show an increase in average length of stay and an increase in spend per visitor.
