The Australian Government's recent decision to globally promote a new national symbol for quality Australian tourism businesses means there is no better time for you to be looking at your situation regarding business accreditation....and we are doing likewise.
Tasmania's TICT accreditation program is one of many different schemes operating in Australia that is now eligible to use the new national ‘quality tourism business' symbol, so whether you're accredited with the TICT, other certification schemes such as AAA Tourism Star Rating, or even if you are not accredited at all.... we would like to hear your views about business accreditation.
To do this, we are inviting you to complete a short, confidential, online survey to help us better understand your views on how accreditation programs currently support local tourism businesses.
The insights you provide will help us work out what we need to do in the future to help our state and businesses like yours take full advantage of the new national symbol and its world-wide promotion
To begin the survey (it should take no more than 10 minutes to complete) please go to EITHER the survey for Accredited Businesses, or the survey for Non Accredited Businesses, depending on whether you currently belong to a tourism accreditation program.

Confidentiality: the survey tool we use, FreeOnlineSurveys, does not store email addresses with responses – ensuring that what you say about accreditation remains confidential. A tick-box in the survey itself does ask whether we may contact you further to discuss your responses/views with you, and this is optional.
