
Tourism Tasmania is offering suppliers the opportunity to promote their product direct to 60 retail travel agents.
From 31 August to 3 September Tourism Tasmania will be facilitating the familiarisation of up to 60 front line retail travel agents across Tasmania.
The mega famil is designed to give these 60 agents a first-hand experience of the breadth of products and experiences available in Tasmania and will arm them with the confidence and knowledge to make the best out of their Tasmania sales.
Four groups of 15 retail agents will undertake separate 3 day famils across different regions in Tasmania, ending their itinerary in Hobart on the afternoon of Saturday, 3 September.
A two-hour supplier expo will be held on Saturday afternoon, 3 September. This event will enable wholesale-contracted Tasmanian products to meet face to face with the front line travel agents who sell our destination day to day.
The supplier expo will be followed by an hour of informal networking drinks.
The Mega Famil will conclude with a dinner on the evening of Saturday, 3 September.

Tasmanian tourism operators that are wholesale-contracted are invited to submit their registration to participate in the Mega Famil Supplier Expo.
