Tasmanian Tourism Awards

The Tasmanian Tourism Awards are held each year to recognise those businesses that have developed in each of the categories over the previous 12 months.

Winners in each category are nominated for the National Tourism Awards.

Tourism Awards Submission Workshop

The Annual Tourism Awards are a highlight on the tourism calendar when the winners of each of the 26 categories are announced at the end of November each year. The awards are a great opportunity for the industry to celebrate and recognise those businesses which have excelled.

The Tourism Industry Council Tasmania and Tourism Tasmania work together to help operators prepare their award submission and for the last two years have offered workshops in how to prepare a strong submission. 

The workshops are aimed at giving operators the best chance of achieving success at the State and National level, by providing advice in preparing a winning entry.
