Profile

Adam is responsible for overseeing the activities and programs of Tourism Tasmania's Planning, Operations and Development unit, which is responsible for the organisation's business and administrative services, its tourism development and planning functions, corporate media and industry communications, and its research programs.

Major activities of the Planning, Operations and Development unit include the provision of appropriate corporate support services, providing tourism representation on appropriate state and national forums, facilitating key tourism development opportunities in the state, managing industry and media liaison, and providing insights and interpretation on tourism trends, performance and markets.

The unit is also responsible for ensuring Tourism Tasmania meets its corporate, statutory and legislative obligations, and for providing high level policy advice and best practice executive services to the Chief Executive Officer, Board of Directors and the Minister for Tourism.
